Tournament held on 15 Dec 2010 and officiated by Duel Sai. Tower of Air was offered as a prize due to Hochi not meeting rank requirements. Xanth VanBokkelen won and took the Tower as his prize. Kheldar was second.

Tournament held on 22 June 2011 and officiated by Duel Sai. Lem DeAngelo was the winner. Shadow took the recently vacated Tower of Earth as his prize. Ahni Valyntine took third place.

Tournament held on 24 Oct 2011. 5 Participants were in this tournament with Batosai Tsurugi taking the win. Duel Ajia officiated.

October All-Ranks Tournament

Held: 26 Oct 2011 and officiated by Duel Sai. Shadow, Rachael Wynter and Chythraul were in the final three. Since Rachael (Air) and Shadow (Celestial) were already Keepers, Chythraul was offered and accepted the Tower of Earth and withdrew giving him third place. Shadow took first and his prize was 2000 silver and two Air Gems. Rachael took second place, winning 1000 silver and one Air Gem.

As Archmage, Lem conducted a tournament and gave the prizes to the first, second, and third place winners.
Undefeated, Hochi Banto took first place and won the right to wield the powers of the Archmage for one week.
Shadow took second and was awarded a Celestial Fury for a single use in regulation dueling.
Maranya Valkonan was in third place and was awarded five training sessions with Lem and access to the texts in the Hall of ArchMages.

The Tower of Fire having been retired, a competition was held to find a new Keeper. Averia Caelum-Gallows won this event and become the youngest Keeper at the age of nine years. Gillette Brooke was awarded a special prize to honor her dedication as she logged 47 magical duels in the two weeks the contest was in progress.

These were the rules to challenge to be become a Keeper. as noted by
DUEL Brig (Brigath Cedran)

Anyone meeting the following criteria can challenge a Keeper for their title.

1. Hold the rank of Enchanter or above.
2. Be an active member in the Duel of Magic for at least 60 days.
3. Has not challenged for Keeper status within the last 60 days.
4. Has not lost Keeper status in the last 30 days.
5. Does not already hold a Keeper title.

According to Jake, Dalamar Majere was responsible for casting to magic on the Outback's bar to repair itself.
In addition to being a good idea in principle, the staff can also lend useful information like..."Oh, you wanted to burn some stuff in the Outback? Oh, hmmm...alright, but keep in mind that the Bar has been magically enchanted and will regenerate." (This is a true statement, btw, as when the bar was last destroyed and rebuilt, it was magicked by Dalamar Majere to repair itself.)
