Former Keepers, please feel free to add details from your reigns to this thread.
During Rachael's custodianship of the Celestial Citadel, her grandkitten Mayflower Katz both created and maintained varieties of certain plants and trees in the Celestial Garden. Some of these plants and trees were eventually transplanted into The Gardens, while others were transplanted into the garden at the Blackthorne Household in Arcadia. None of these specially created plants and trees remain on the Citadel grounds.
Rumors abounded that Celestial Gophers roamed in tunnels around the Celestial Citadel grounds. They appeared to disappear once Rachael surrendered custodianship to the Citadel.
At one time, there were signs of a brick wall having closed off a niche in the Citadel. Slivers of cold forged iron were also found in the niche. This evidence was removed completely before Rachael surrendered her custodianship.

Re: Celestial Citadel/Celestial Tower Features For Future Keepers
The Citadel of the Stars is also referred to as the Celestial Citadel which gives a nod to the title of Celestial Keeper.
The base form, according to the Archmage information page is as follows: The Citadel, itself, resembles an ancient temple, the dome, columns, and steps made of white marble. Burning within the temple, at the center of a Circle of Genesis, is a brilliant white flame of pure magic. So great is its power, that only the ArchMage can approach and draw power from it without being annihilated.
This is what the place looks like during Colleen's time as Archmage/Celestial Keeper. The garden is filled with various types of roses and floral vines decorating the pillars.
