! Keeper Tournament !
Artemus has retired his title of Keeper of Earth! The tower may not be without a keeper for long. So this Tuesday, 18 March 2008, at 9 PM EST we will have a tournament for Twilight Isle to pick its new Keeper of Earth.
Eligible are those of rank Enchanter and above. Please send your registration by PM to Duel Azjah.
It has been some time since a Keeper had to retire his title and we had a Keeper Tournament. The goblins are excited about this event and already are busy hiding colorful eggs and other treats on the isle, so everyone coming out to cheer on their favorite caster will have something to do as well.

* Small Print:
Participation in a Keeper Tournament will not be considered use of challenge right. However, one who has participated in a Keeper Tournament may not lay challenge to a Keeper within 30 days. This is a compromise between not counting Tournament seek of a Keeper title as challenge right and not allowing immediate challenge again after participating in seek of the title through Tournament. The exception to this is one of Mage rank participating in the ArchMage Tournament of Challenge. Regardless of the last date a Mage or Mage Emeritus challenged or participated in a Keeper Tournament, they will not be denied entry to the AMT (and vice versa).

The goblins of Twilight Isle have been busy over the last week with preparations for tonight's Keeper Tournament. Besides creating the usual treats of cake, pies and ice cream, they also carved chocolate and sugar rocks into bunnies and lambs and chicks and they colored and decorated eggs. After the first few incidents of nearly completely decorated eggs breaking and creating a gooey, sticky mess, they even started boiling said eggs before coloring them. As soon as the spring festival treats were ready they hid them all around the dueling rings for patrons to find or to stumble over on the evening of the tournament. Once they ran out of the better hiding places in clumps of grass, under bushes, whatever tree branches they could reach, under chairs and chaise cussions, they simply placed little nests filled with goodies in depressions in the sand.
