The Undercity

Beneath the glitz and glamor of all the bright and clean tech of Stars End Proper, there lies a dark poorly kept secret; the sort of place whispered about if you're looking for trouble. Dirty streets are lit by colorful neon, signs trying to sell things to people that can barely afford them. VR dens nestle between run-down bodegas and shady-looking restaurants that the locals swear by. Here and there you may find unsanctioned "chop shops" where you can get cheap cybernetic enhancements, or get patched up after a fight, all at your own risk. Good luck. The higher ups are watching.
