FireStar under challenge. Lilith escaped the challenge from Apple when she withdrew, but now it looks like Dizzy wants a shot. Lilith has accepted the challenge for the red rock, but there's been nothing in the way of details yet so stay tuned.
IFL Update
We're about halfway through the first round of the playoffs, extended to accommodate the holidays, and the two underdog teams are in the lead!
In the Dirty on Dirty matchup, Terry King brought Hope's undefeated streak to an abrupt halt by taking the IF bout in a 5-2 demolition. Claire took down Grace, 5-3, in the push bout to keep it relatively close but the Black's have a real chance to take this thing and move on. The remaining undercard fights don't clearly favor either team, so having the IF win in their back pocket puts King and crew in the driver's seat.
Only one bought fought in the Chemical Burn v Lazerricks match and it was one of ERP's best fighters, JC, who took the win so we shouldn't jump to any conclusions just yet. Bile's gang has a lot of life left in the three fights to go, especially in the all important IF bout where Xanth is slotted to face Corlanthis. The smart money still gets thrown at a CHM win, but it's fun to see ERP putting up a fight.
