Notes from the Isle

February 26th - March 4th

ANNOUNCEMENTS: The Spring All Ranks Tournament has been announced! It’s coming up in two weeks’ time and will be hosted on the Isle on Sunday, March 19th at 8 PM EST! Remember to sign up early to get yourself a free win sign up bonus to add to your record. This cycle’s prizes are sure to cause quite the splash and change the tides in your hydromancy abilities. Please look forward to it!

NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: In the Arena, Michelle is ready to jump headfirst back into the challenge game, as it was shortly after the conclusion of PathFinder Prom Night (results mentioned below), that she issued another challenge, this one in the Arena for Cadentia. She’s spent quite a bit of time in the past (and perhaps currently too) in Cadentia, so it’s of little surprise that she would challenge for this one. No details as of yet on this one, but please look forward to it when Michelle and Baron Karma take this to the Arena sands. Also, Madness Seeding was announced last night with Tippletoe and Ebon officiating the night! With brackets announced that also means that betting is open! So, take your coin purse down to The Line and place your bets! And we love you Conner, but maybe bet the opposite of what he says.

In the Outback, a pair of double challenges kept spectators and fighters busy this week. First was Prom night for PathFinder on Thursday night where every came out dressed to the nines, our fighters included! Kruger and Michelle danced for three duels and Michelle was then crowned Prom Queen! –Wait we mean that she won PathFinder! Congratulations Michelle and well reigned Kruger! Then last night was the fashionably chilling IceDancer challenge between challenger Yuzuki and Opal Holder Koyliak! The Masochistic Fashionista was in top form and looking ready for Fashion Week coming up as she defended the opal in two straight matches and dazzled spectators and Yuzuki alike with some frosty butterflies that fluttered up at the end! Congratulations Koy and well-tried Yuzuki!

THE RING OF KLYTUS: The holder for this cycle is VACANT! The ring grants an additional focus over the normally allotted amount, but is still limited to the maximum of 3 foci.

Cycle Ranks Through Week 4

Cycle rankings show how duelists perform over the course of the cycle, with the top performer earning the Ring of Klytus (provided they began the cycle below the rank of Mage). To balance percentage performance duelists are broken into 3 brackets based on number of duels fought, with top accolades achievable by only those in the upper tier. Duelists are ordered first by bracket, then by winning percentage, followed by the number of wins and lastly by low rank to high.
