It's going to be a busy weekend in the Outback as we have two challenge matches going down.
Friday Night - Hope will take a shot at wresting FireStar from Apple. A pair of ex-Diamonds duking it out for the red rock ought to make for a match worth watching. The show starts at 9pm, but show up early to get seats!
Saturday Night - Claire's come calling on the old man, getting Matt into the rings to try and defend MoonBeryl. Matt has held onto the yellow rock for over a year without challenge and has been a somewhat rare sight in the rings. Sure, he's the record holder for the most defenses in an opal reign, but all things considered Claire just might have the upper hand here.
HYDRA: We have four teams and the action starts on Monday! The Rock Hards return after a bit of time away from the league scene and will face Jewell's Royal Pain squad while rookie team Kirost's Misfits will match up against Eden's Hydra-Foil crew. The Royal's and Hydra-Foil are the pre-season picks to meet up in the final, but next week is when these teams start showing us what they've really got.
