Spring Cycle, Week 5

May 1st - May 7th

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Charlie Nine put up a 2nd defense of FireStar earlier this week when Melanie came calling. Melanie took the first lead in the initial bout, breaking a 1-1 tie with a jab to Charlie's jump kick, but Charlie tied it back up in the 5th and took his first lead in the 7th with a jab of his own. That was the only lead Ms. Rostol would see on the night as Charlie marched through back to back bout victories, 5-3 and 5-4, and maintains his hold on the red rock.

The Great Stag Megabrawl tournament took place this past Sunday in honor of Beltane. A dozen fighters showed up to slug it out over the right to take home ShadoWeaver. In the end it was Eva Luna who came out on top and claims the black rock. Eva, who was ranked glass at the outset of the tourney, has until the end of the cycle to achieve an Emerald eligible record.

MoonBeryl under challenge as Kenny Chae goes after Saieniel's claim. The best Chae being already claimed, KC hopes an opal win might earn a title promotion to Okay Chae. Saieniel probably has other ideas. No word yet on when we might see this match fought.

Returning Fighters: Don't see your name on the standings, but know you had a record in the past? Check our historical record. Any fighter to achieve 1+ WoL should be on there. Once you find your name, though before a duel begins, tell your caller and you can fight at rank then be automatically reinstated in the next published standings.

Other Notes: ( I ) = Inactive. No duels in the past 90 days. Get in the ring! ( NE ) = Not elligible to challenge. An inactive duelist must be active 30 days prior to being able to challange. Also, Emeralds may challenge but once per calendar month. Note this is tracked for all ranks, but only displayed on Emeralds. Standings Removal: Any duelist inactive for more than a year shall be removed from the standings. You may request re-instatement. Glass ranked duelists with 0 WoL are removed every other cycle or so.
