With The Wilds map project finished, we are moving onto a map Cadentia. Before I begin this project, I have a couple of questions for the community.
- What is your overall vision of Cadentia? One paragraph or less.
- How do you imagine the overall city-planning to look like? Feel free to drop in real or fantasy maps as ideas.
- What major features should be highlighted -- what stands out? Describe them to me.
- Style of map. Do you prefer something that is isometric like The Wilds and the overall Twilight Isle or top-down like RhyDin and The Gloaming District.
As a primer, this is the description from settings page.

It is a settlement ringed by a patchwork mosaic of crumbling walls that bear testimony to the civilizations that built it. There is a main gate, but the caravanserai take a different route, passing through a humble limestone arch to the two-mile lane they call the Cadentia Bazaar.
The bazaar is flanked by stalls and storefronts, tents and mats where they sell goods from far across the desert and all across the Multiverse. There are valuable parts and repaired appliances scavenged from the desert, bustling livestock auctions, and rare spices from far-flung realms among the market’s many offerings. New visitors and old residents alike gather in two favourite establishments: Azif’s Tea Garden and Cadentia’s Cultural Centre.
