I have accepted this challenge and have already had the opportunity to discuss timing with Miss. Farron. We will meet in the Arena on Monday the 9th of June at 9pm.

I have not yet had the opportunity to retain an official to oversee the match, but hope to name one in the next few days.

Folks gathered last night to see the challenge between Warlord Claire Farron and Baron Kalamere Ar'Din.

The Baron dueled under the colors of midnight blue and silver. His Lady of Honor was his squire, Jewell Ravenlock and his second was Taneth Mercer.

The Warlord dueled under the colors of Team Dirty's pink and black. Her Lady of Honor was Addie Alcar and her second was Shadow.

Before I could ask the Baron what format he was picking, the Overlady, Morgan le Fay stepped up to say she was interceding. As soon as she stated her mission, the newest Baron, Aya Hayashibara stated her alignment as renegade and it was her intention to intercede for the Warlord. After some time had been spent going over the rules, the renegade Baron and the Overlady dueled.

After a close and exciting battle, Claire is the new Baron of Old Temple. She is keeping Jewell on as squire (after all an empress needs a scepter) and declared herself renegade to the Overlady.

Congrats Claire and well reigned Kal.

Stating here again that Aya is also renegade to the Overlady.
