Should the authoritative powers that be deem your challenge valid, I, the 'lich so named Mephistopheles by his maker, the Great Wyrm known amongst you mortals as Mephisto the Red, Guardian of the Ring of Klytus and Keeper of the Tower of Air, do hereby accept. A servant will be sent to negotiate the terms of our engagement at the earliest convenience.

To Whom It May Concern,

The Little Mistress of House Valentine has agreed to meet with me on Twilight Isle* on the evening of Tuesday, the 15th of this month of January, at nine o' clock in the evening*, to engage in magical combat in order to determine which of us is the more worthy of holding custodianship of the Tower of Air.

In order to ensure this contest is fair and firmly decided, we will be in need of a uniformed official to referee our battle. Anyone willing to volunteer for this duty is asked to indicate as much in writing below. Thank you.

DUEL Misty: Well. Since both of you are here, I suppose we'd best get things underway. Miss Valentine, do you intend to press for this challenge?
Cadence Valentine: "I do." A fanged grin shown.
DUEL Misty: Okies then ... mister Mephisto, do you still intend to attempt to defend your title?
Mephisto the Red: "I do."
DUEL Misty: *She cleared her throat, putting on her officiating voice.* Very well then. Best two out of three matches for the title. You two may enter the ring of Anemoi, and begin when ready. *She waved, and the Ring of Anemoi rose from the center of the dueling area. The ground within the ring simply fell away, disappearing within the cloudy depths of the domain now ruled by the winds. The North Wind rules and chill, violent winds fill the ring.*
DUEL Misty: * Massive gusts of wind allow the duelists to leap from cloud to cloud, creating a sensation similar to flight. Those able to fly will find that in this ring, their maneuverability is hindered by the gusts.*
DUEL Misty: Cadence is starting off on the right foot, though I have no idea what would be so frightening to an undead dragon ... (AC 1, R1, FT/MB, 1-0 Cadence)
DUEL Misty: That may be thick and stinky, but it's no match for a good carving. (AC 1, R2, WB/FFF, 2-0 Cadence.)
