I'm looking for a possible storyline to join with Drey.

I consider him a pretty decent bad guy, but I want to bring some evolution to him. I used to be such a God awful writer, but when I started playing here, I was around 15 years old. This place honestly made me smarter, and I'd like to tentatively say I've excelled tremendously at the craft that is writing. It even got me into an arts school for writing. I'm 24 now, (not that this is relevant) and I remember writing in SL's all the time. Especially with KaeneTheBlack (Helthorne) and Deluthan. This was during the Blindfold Proxy, and even a little before that. That SL really got me excited, and I'd enjoy something similar, or even something completely different. I'm open for whatever. I think I'd be a good asset.

Anyway, yeah. If any of you have a storyline for me to join, or even one you want to create, I'm game. Give me a shout! I'm raring to go.

Oh.

I just glanced through the Parade of Warlords shindig, and my first Warlord was a 'JHeartMan1,' AKA Jake Heart, lol. 'cuz that is basically my REAL name in a nutshell. BASICALLY. Think I challenged Seamus maybe under that name?

Anyway, thought that was interesting because I completely forgot about that! I started with Cletus, Arane, Lexigirl, that ILIVEINPHX dude, Eric Siadek, and the second Percival, LeDucBlanc. That's 10 years. I'm basically thinking outloud here.

But uhm, just wanted to give a thank you to some of those players. I was so intimidated by all the duelists and the great writers at the time that I completely shunned myself from dueling under official hours so I didn't thoroughly embarass myself. Don't ask me why. In those days, you could come in around 3 o' clock in the afternoon and there'd most assuredly be a handful of people practicing dueling, and otherwise just goofing around.

I realize I'm blabbering here. I just wanted to say I was involved in a good many storylines those days, and thats what got me motivated. It was inspiring to write alongside other talented people. It made me try so much harder, even if I inherently sucked.

I'm ready to provide said inspiration.

Deluthan's player (Jason) doesn't read these boards anymore. Work and our nine week old daughter keep him pretty darn busy these days. But I'll let him know what you said and I'm sure he'll be honored to know that he helped encourage a fellow writer.

I had a lot of great Saturday afternoons as a teenager messing around with you all!

I don't play here either anymore but I still play Charlie in the RDI. My creativity is running on empty as a by product of sleep deprivation (see above nine week old) but feel free to drop me a PM over there!

I don't have alot of time to spare these days with this new job, but being in a storyline with Drey would be pretty interesting, esp since Tormay and him haven't gotten along at all.

I wouldn't have any idea how to go about it at all, but I am sure that there is plenty of room for something to happen, even if it only ends up being a little sideshow to whatever else Drey and Tormay get involved in.

And yes, Drey is a pretty cool bad guy, kinda reminds me of Heath Ledger's version of the Joker. Is that what you were going for?

ILIVEINPHX was my first character, Anon (Based off the word Anonymous). I was around 10 or 11 years old at the time (explains a lot ) I've had other characters through the years: Dustin, Jason Stewart, Jake Johnson and Cornelius off the top of my head.

It's nice to hear you are doing well. I remember you having a personal tragedy. Just know you are not alone. My sister passed away 4 1/2 years ago because of a drunk driver. The two years that followed are best described as a black hole. I'm doing better now: Hopelessly in love and about to graduate from Arizona State in December (I'm 22 now).

I never visit this place anymore and wandered over here by chance after randomly glancing back at the TDL page. It's fun to reminisce about the old days with the people you shared some fun times with. It's also nice to see I wasn't totally forgotten, lol.

Anyway, you got me to come out of the deep freeze to take the time to post, so congratulations j/k. I hope you are doing well and just keep on trucking.


P.S. I try to read a book a month, so when you make it big in the writing business, sign a copy for me, will ya?
