My best friend Charna, the Vixen, is taking off on that trip with Alma. I am so upset I could just scream. I know she is a big girl and can take care of herself but still I am just so mad I could spit! I did my best to talk her out of it. Well I didn’t really try and talk her out of it. I mostly just told her she couldn’t go which didn’t go over very well I must admit.

We had a bit of a disagreement about it. Well we did argue about it in the common room no less and Grem her TDMF male was there with us when we did. Thank goodness it looked like he was gonna take my side but then he didn’t. He just was kind of quiet and told her if that was what she felt like she needed to do to go ahead. I wanted to hit him upside the head to knock some sense into that man!

I’m thinking he was the only one that could have stopped her if he had just told her he didn’t want her to go. If he had just told her he wanted her to stay here with him she wouldn’t have gone I bet. She told me she was leaving this morning when I saw her last night so I figure she is probably gone now on her trip. I do love her and we did make up last night. I told her I was sorry for what I had said and told her to stay safe and be careful and gave her a hug and she did the same.

Did I tell ya yet that Icer got mated!! She met this dragon named Aurthur and BAM!!! It was love at first sight. I believe in love at first sight ya know. I don’t wanna hear no back talk from you now. You don’t know nothing about love so don’t EVEN pretend that ya do. I’ve heard all them stories from people that are non-believers and they don’t know nothing about it either.

It has happened to me and just because I haven’t always been brave or strong enough to act on it don’t mean it doesn’t exist and that it isn’t real. I bet it has happened to lots of people that haven’t acted on it. Even some of them non-believers that are only not believing in it because they didn’t know the person they fell in love with at first sight loved ‘em back!

But that ain’t what I was talking about right now. I’m talking about Icer and her mate Aurthur they are gonna be parents real soon if what Icer was telling me is true. She is egg heavy and they have made a nest out of her old couch in the common room and that is where she is going to be having their clutch.

I’m thinking I better be building a very tall barrier around that nest because an angry ice dragon freezing stumbling drunks is not a pretty picture I’m having in my mind. My beloved husband Jean almost got himself made into a popsicle last night by mentioning Icer better not be laying her eggs there because someone might be using them for breakfast.

I was horrified!! I do love my husband and didn’t want to see him frozen solid by an angry momma dragon. Then he switched topics and offered to help build the barrier higher. I was happy and thought sure I was in the clear. The next words out of his mouth were not pretty though. He offered to hide all the frying pans! I decided it was about time to go home.

On to bigger and better things though slime ball! I am so proud of my Boy Toy Brian!! He has asked my friend Charlotte to marry him!!! I am not kidding you one bit. I was starting to have some doubts and thinking I might have to thwap him upside the head a few times but he came though in the end all on his own!

I am so happy for them that I could just... I don’t know but I really could just! I can’t wait for the wedding because I’ll get to buy a new dress again. I think maybe this time I’ll go and see if Fay can’t make me one if I don’t forget to go buy it before hand like I did when Tara and Talomar got married.

That was a mess! Stolen weapons and all but I ain’t gonna remember that now. I’ve got other things on my mind today. My beloved French Pirate left this morning for his two week trip. I have to write his letter to him. I hope you rot!!
