New DoS Supervisor

With my moving on to replace the position vacated by Tareth, it's only fair to likewise step away from the DoS lead that I've held for a couple of years now.

Beth, aka Rory Laurent, who has been the Assistant supervisor for DoS for the majority of the time I've been supervisor has agreed to step up and take over the role I'm vacating. I'm confident the change of face will be good for DoS and breath some new life into the role.

The next few weeks will be a transition period for us as we start transfering job duties and responsibilities over. So please bear with us until we get everything settled down.
