Overlord's Grant

As Overlord of the Duel of Swords, I hereby exercise my right to issue an OIverlord's Grant to a duelist of my choosing in good standing on the lists.

Rhys Germain has proven himself a worthy combatant and active duelist in the rings, including a successful intercession in defense of his Baron. It is my pleasure to bestow this Grant upon him.
