Pursuant to the Universal Terms of Challenge section 3, Battlefield Park has been forfeited by Melanie and must be defended by the senior most baron. The senior most baron at this time is Baroness Mairead Harker of Old Market.

This match needs to be fought by Friday, January 15, 2016 8:31 PM RST.

As the current senior Baron, it is my responsibility to defend Battlefield Park. It is my understanding should I defeat you that the ring will become a prize for the next Warlord Tournament.

I'm available Thursday (7 January) through Sunday (10 January) and the following Wednesday and Thursday (13 & 14 January). Due to the time difference between Rhydin City and Harkers' Island, later times like 10 PM RST to start are better for me.

I prefer Dris, Scarlet, Ahni, or Shadow as a caller. If none of them are good for you, kindly let me know. As per the current rules, arranging for a caller is your responsibility.

Once again it was my immense pleasure and privilege to be chosen to officiate a challenge match! This one, specifically.

Warlord Guaire Bryne fought under absolutely no banner nor colors. He elected no Second to stand for him tonight, and listed no people of honor whatsoever.

Per appointment by the Duel of Swords Coordinator, to champion the forfeited barony of Battlefield Park, Baroness Mairead Harker of Old Market fought under the banner of midnight snow featuring her spirit animal, the polar bear, along with symbols of her heritage. Standing in as her Second this evening was her mother, Rhiannon Harker. Tonight, she dueled in memory of those buried at Battlefield Park and those whose spirits still linger there.

The Baroness chose a single duel format for this challenge to speed things along. It took her only eight rounds to defend the barony and keep it out of Guaire's clutches.

I have no idea what happens from here, but I'm delighted to provide you with the play-by-play for your entertainment!
