Have any of you come across this before? Not sure if it's run by the same people as the RDI site that this one works with. If it's not I smell infringement.

There is more than one.

Hells, there's a Red dragon Inn in Dragonslance. Though the one you linked is not Rhy'din.

The name is common enough.

You can find Red Dragon Inn stuff all over the place.

Due to its origins...its doubtful anyone could trademark the Red Dragon Inn. It's more or less in the public domain.
