Challenge for the 13th

Let it be known that I have issued challenge to the baron of the 13th ring.

For those among you who cry out for reasoning, there are many. Most important among them is the fact that the baron has had the ring for two years and three months, and only faced one challenge. This is ludacris in my eyes. It used to be that if you made it to senior Baron, it meant you had weathered many challenges. Unfortunatley the baron hasn't. Honestly it isn't his fault, but I can at least step in and make him prove that he deserves the ring.

Now there are others that have gone without challenge, and in truth I could have challenged anyone. There really isn't a baron on the council that holds an once of my skill. While I still admit I am no where near my top form, i've bent everyone over my knee since i've been back. I really feel as though i'm ready to procede to the next step. So I will give this baron a challenge for the 13th.
