On the buffet tonight, we have cupcakes, bars and tarts, gourmet ice cream, and our contenders’ official Twilight Isle specialty beverages!

The evening’s cupcake flavors:

• Bubblegum Pop: bubblegum-flavored cake topped with bubblegum soda buttercream, sprinkles, and a magical orb made of real bubble gum
• Strawberry Fairy Floss: strawberry candy-flavored cake topped with cotton candy buttercream, strawberry candy ganache, and a tuft of strawberry cotton candy
• Funfetti Freakshake: sprinkle-studded vanilla-almond cake topped with vanilla buttercream, sugar pearls, sprinkles, a white chocolate bar, vanilla ganache, and a cake donut
• Sundae Funday: chocolate and vanilla ice cream-flavored cake topped with a generous scoop of multicolored vanilla buttercream, cherry white chocolate ganache, sprinkles, colorful marshmallows, sugar cone pieces, and a maraschino cherry
• Candy Land Meadows: berry-vanilla cake topped with vanilla buttercream, raspberry chocolate bark, dark chocolate ganache, strawberry ganache, sugar pearls, freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries, and a berry-vanilla lollipop

This evening’s bars and tarts:

• Irish Apple Tart: juicy, sliced green apples spiced with cinnamon and brown sugar in a flaky shortbread crust with a buttery crumble topping and custard sauce
• Mixed Berry Crisp: plump, sweet strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries cooked until syrupy and topped with a crispy brown sugar crumble
• Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cobbler: crumbled chocolate chip cookie dough baked with salted caramel and brown butter, studded with chocolate-caramel candy, and topped with a delicate sprinkle of sea salt
• Speculoos White Chocolate Blondies: brown butter blondies filled with crushed speculoos cookies, a swirl of cookie butter, and chunks of white chocolate
• Frosted Triple Chocolate Brownies: fudgy dark chocolate brownies studded with milk chocolate chunks and topped with thick, velvety chocolate ganache and chocolate sprinkles

The evening’s gourmet ice cream flavors:

• Bubblegum Blast: pink bubblegum-flavored ice cream with a sweet bubblegum ripple and real gumballs
• Madagascar Vanilla: intensely vanilla ice cream with flecks of real vanilla bean
• Double Chocolate Delight: intensely chocolate ice cream with chunks of dark chocolate
• Salted Caramel Ripple: brown butter-flavored ice cream with luscious salted caramel swirled through
• Cinnamon Crunch: cinnamon vanilla-flavored ice cream with cinnamon-brown sugar crumble
• Macaron Maven: lychee raspberry rose-flavored ice cream with crushed lychee raspberry rose macarons
• Berry Delicious: sweet mixed berry ice cream with mixed berry compote swirled through and chunks of real strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
• Cookie Butter: speculoos cookie-flavored ice cream with crushed speculoos cookies and a swirl of cookie butter
• Frozen Hot Cocoa: creamy hot cocoa-flavored ice cream with mini marshmallows and crushed oreos

In addition to the above ice cream flavors, there is a bar filled with cones, whipped cream, sauces, nuts, fruit, crushed cookies, and other add-ons so guests can make themselves their own version of the ultimate ice cream sundae or cone.

The evening’s signature cocktails and mocktails:

• Bubble Pop: vodka, bubblegum simple syrup, and soda water, garnished with bubblegum
• Bubble Pop Lemonade: pink lemon juice, simple syrup, bubble gum simple syrup, and sparkling water, garnished with lemon
• Sparks of Summer: dragon fruit pulp, fresh lime, fresh mint, honey, pitaya powder, and lime sparkling water, garnished with lime

Catering for the challenge is provided by Kitten’s Confections Bakery & Cafê and Pacarelli’s Ice Cream Parlor. All chocolate items have been prepared using Celestial chocolate, which is safe for those who are allergic or otherwise sensitive to regular chocolate.
