Mew and I will be meeting to settle this Sat, 11 Feb 9:30 PM by the Eastern Clock. The seven time defender of the Tower of Water, Eregor, will be officiating for us. Mew and I are promising s'mores for the menu, the rest... is anyone's guess!

Catering for the Tower of Fire Challenge has been provided by Nicole’s Bistro and Pizzeria and Kitten’s Confections Bakery & Café. Everything on the menu has been prepared on-site utilizing a bonfire and fire pits dug on Twilight Isle’s beach. All grates and cookware utilized in the creation of this menu are certified fae, shapeshifter, and Pokémon safe.
In addition to the cooking site, Fire Keeper Mew and ArchMage Gatito Lindo have collaborated to provide several smaller fire pits scattered throughout the dueling zone. Each of these is surrounded by Adirondack chairs with cushions and blankets, so guests can relax and chat while toasting their s’mores and watching the Challenge. Fairy lights also contribute to the cozy atmosphere.
ArchMage Gatito Lindo will ensure that the Isle’s beach is returned to its pristine form once the challenge and festivities are over.
Grilled Hamburgers
beef, vegetarian “meat,” or black bean patties, cooked to perfection on an open-fire grill
Roasted Hotdogs
pork, vegetarian “meat,” or carrot links, cooked to perfection over the open-fire
Chipotle Honey Chicken Breasts
boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated a sauce made with chipotle peppers, garlic, lime, and honey
All entrées are served with freshly-made brioche buns and all the favorite toppings and condiments.
Baked Potatoes
jacket potatoes wrapped in foil and cooked over the open fire
served with herbed sour cream, fresh butter, and other favorite toppings
Grilled Corn
whole ear corn in the husk, grilled over the open fire
served with fresh butter, smoky bacon butter, and other favorite toppings
Rainbow Vegetable Skewers
cremini mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, orange peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion,
and eggplant basted with agave-balsamic marinade and grilled over the open fire
Fire-Roasted Salsa
tomatoes, jalapeños, poblano and serrano peppers, sweet onion, and garlic charred over the open fire
combined in a traditional mortar and pestle with charred lime juice, sea salt, and fresh cilantro
served with tortilla chips
Campfire Apples
sliced honeycrisp and gala apples sautéed over the open fire
with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and a bit of bourbon
Bubble Pop
vodka and pink bubble gum syrup topped up with soda water
garnished with three pieces of pink bubblegum
Sparks of Summer
dragon fruit purée, lime juice, honey, mint, and pitaya powder topped up with lime sparkling water
garnished with a wedge of lime and a mint sprig

Pink Hot Chocolate
ruby chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry syrup, whole milk, and cream
garnished with heart-shaped marshmallows

Toasted S'mores Martini
marshmallow vodka, Godiva chocolate liqueur, Bailey’s S’mores liqueur, and DiSaronno Velvet
garnished with a graham cracker rim and a flaming marshmallow
In addition to the above beverages, there will also be plenty of soda, beer, iced tea, and Gardenhome Orchards' lemonade on hand.
For dessert, a deluxe s’mores bar has been set up, which features jumbo marshmallows and jumbo vegan marshmallows, plus several kinds of chocolate, including milk, dark, and white chocolate, cookies ’n’ cream chocolate, chocolate squares with nuts, and candy bars, such as peanut butter cups, peppermint patties, and mini Snickers.
A variety of cookies has also been provided, including honey and vegan graham crackers, chocolate graham crackers, cinnamon graham crackers, butter waffle crisps, Oreos, chocolate chip cookies, and salted pretzel crisps. Lastly, there are several extras to be incorporated, such as sliced bananas and strawberries, fresh raspberries and blackberries, mixed berry compote, cherry pie filling, campfire apples, Nutella, peanut butter, cookie butter, dulce de leche, toasted coconut, and candied bacon.
Guests are encouraged to try different combinations and let their imaginations run wild!
Here are some combos to get everyone started:
Black Forest: chocolate grahams + dark chocolate + toasted marshmallow + cherry pie filling
Banana Split: waffle cookies + milk chocolate + toasted marshmallow + sliced banana + sliced strawberries
Caramel Apple: cinnamon grahams + white chocolate + toasted marshmallow + campfire apples + dulce de leche
The Elvis: honey grahams + milk chocolate + toasted marshmallow + peanut butter + sliced banana + candied bacon
Samoa: honey grahams + milk chocolate + toasted marshmallow + dulce de leche + toasted coconut
Many chocolate items on the menu have been prepared utilizing Celestial Chocolate, which is safe for those who are allergic or otherwise sensitive to regular chocolate. These have all been all been labeled to help guests make informed choices.
The alcohol in the Campfire Apples has burned off during the cookng, leaving behind a hint of bourbon flavor, but this dish has also been labeled to help guests make informed choices.

The Tower of Fire challenge was tonight, and what a challenge it was! Maggie faced Mew for a full three matches! Per his right as Keeper, Mew elected to hold the entire challenge in the elemental ring, Tartarus.
In the first match, Maggie opened with a commanding lead of 3.5-0 in the first four rounds. Mew got on the board with a half-point the next round, but then we had an unequal trade in round 6 that took it to 4.5-1, followed by a breather round before Maggie clinched the match in round 8.

The second match had the Keeper starting off strong, getting three points in as many rounds before Maggie got on the board with a point in the fourth. They went back and forth with advantages, then Maggie scored again bringing Mew's lead down to one point in round 7. However, that was followed by a trade that the challenge could ill afford and then Mew scored again to win that duel!
