IC Soccer League (Dragon League)

Hey! I've been thinking about putting together an in character soccer league, something like.. "Dragon League". Can have teams from the city and surrounding areas.

The season will be however many teams there are times two for home and away games. This is mostly going to be just background things characters can bring up during play, or if you'd like to have a character on a team you've created, it can be their profession! Wins and losses will be based on RNG best 2 out of 3.

If you're interested in taking part all I'd need is a team you'd like to create. For now I have some random names like..

Temples United
Seaside
Cadentia Cowboys

I think 8-12 teams could be good? Any thoughts?

I like this idea a lot! Sounds like some fun fluff to add to our daily stories. I'd say we should have at least one team for every district on the Rhydin Map.

I'd be willing to create a team from Sal's little village for this. Which might kick me in the butt to get that setting stuff written and posted. So that could add Eastgate (something) to the mix. :)

Yeah. I was thinking one for each district and extended area (Wilds, Cadentia, etc), though would prioritize player soccer clubs over these NPC ones if there's interest / if needed.

Maybe a stadium or two for the league to play at, or have player teams set up their own to host matches when its their home game.

I like the thought that there's a team that wanted to name itself Kaiju as its region, but couldn't because of Kabuki's team name; so they're Wildshore instead and they have a (probably one-sided) rivalry with the Kabuki Kaijus. xD Representing some of the neighborhoods, hamlets and homesteads around Kaiju Lake.

What about something like Dragon’s Gate Drakes? Is that too close to the Wildshore Wyrms? Or maybe too on-the-nose?

I love all these logos! Are you taking requests for non-district ones? I was looking earlier but am not nearly as talented.
