Talon Icon?

I know the staff is responsible for moving the icons for the Barons' rings and Overlord belt to the new title holders. Who is responsible for moving the Talon icon these days? At one point it was staff and at another it was moved by the outgoing title holder to the next one in line. Reign should currently have it, but it doesn't seem to have been passed along in over a year.

I'll see if we can have it act like the baron rings where it gets moved when we update holders on the site. Otherwise I think only a few staff members can adjust inventories, which I do not have. I thought somewhere along the line it was changed to do that, but I could be wrong!
