A few nights ago I heard the phrase New Year, New Pool, and I think that it is good advice. They may have meant "New You," but I like swimming in cold weather. It is good for the senses.

I challenge you for New Haven. Let us have a good, fun fight. Can you bring the construct?

I have a date with a behir. Not romantic. I am cutting its head off.

We will fight on Thursday at eight by the eastern clock. Alasdair will still call. My place in the queue comes after Rhiannon and Haru now.

Eregor, in a giant mechanical construct named Voltregor, met Ettyn tonight for the third of three challenges to his Barony.

Eregor fought under the Gardenhome banner, a stone tower on a field of forest green. His Squire, Rhys Germain, was his second, and his people of honor were Rhiannon Brock Túr Gairdín and their children: Colleen, Alinar, Brian, and Galene.

Ettyn was seconded by Anya de la Rose, and her person of honor was Layla Paine. She fought under a banner containing a rock-rose and thistles over crossed swords.

Eregor had quite an advantage with his choice of weapon, and it seemed to flummox Ettyn who was unable to find an opening. After six rounds, Eregor retained with a shutout, winning 5-0.

Congratulations to Eregor on his defense, and well tried Ettyn!
