Haru hadn’t forgotten believe it or not, he hadn’t forgotten about the seemingly endless stream of water pranks, nor had he forgotten about that photo going viral, in fact, it had floated across his Rhy’blr dash this very morning.

He sat in the center of a ritual circle, cackling with mischief as he cast his spells, a rune sharpied onto the picture, loaded with a glitter dust, a permanency rune to make the glitter last found itself hidden in a corner. This had been a project for a while, long enough Jackson may have forgotten what triggered this, though the picture would serve as a reminder.

Once finished he sealed the photo in an envelope, an unholy mix of ritual, arcane, infernal and runic magic used to make this as effective as possible, before making a call…

“Hey, I have something Minister Payne should see, should I just bring it down to the station?“ there was a long pause, “Oh no it’s not urgent, leaving it on his desk is more than fine.” There was a giggle as he hung up the phone, grabbing his coat and taking off. He would have an insider deliver the present, and poor Jackson would have no idea what was coming, and who knew, maybe he’d even get a couple officers for kicks and giggles.
