On their way out, Dris and Rhys stopped at the bar to buy their lotto tickets, because gambling was one of the former Governor's major weaknesses. Halloween had been such a hoot! And Valentine's was his favorite holiday. He was probably biased, though, given it was also his birthday. On a whim to celebrate in advance, he decided to take a chance!
