That's weird. It won't let me sign in at all. It suddenly switched from asking my username to my email or phone number, and it's not taking either.

Sounds like a problem I have encountered while traveling when the IP address changes.

I didn't travel though. I'm trying to change the password when I send my phone number, but it won't send me the confirmation code. When I hit resend, it tells me I'm being rate-limited.
