End of summer dance camp, dance off

[Amaris]

The dance floor was cleaned and ready for the competition, seats had been placed to the left and right of the dance floor and the dancers were split along the front and back. The summer camp councilors stepped forward and made announcements then announced that it was singles dance-off first, partnered dance-off second. Then they direct the audience to the three panelists sitting on the end of the dancefloor they had small paddles with numbers attached that they could flip 1-10.

Several dancers take a step onto the dance floor and one by one are called to do their routine. They are all very well trained and look like they are having a ball. Finally, Amaris is called forward and she takes the stage wearing her pink tank top with irradescent sleeves and a pair of gray blue cut off shorts with the irradescent mesh for pant legs, a pink and black belt at her waist and a pair of really cute teal sneakers with pink laces and black mesh. She waits for the music once it begins so does she and her routine begins.

At the end of the individual dances, scores are tallied and an envelope is given to the lead councilor before the partner dances startup.

Encouraged to attempt to make friends Amaris had met Leo at camp and they had a strange friendship, maybe what would be seen as a puppy love but really they focused mostly on the dance routine and lunch and just hagning out, so when the partnered dancers started up Amaris and her partner Leo would be the third in line to do their dance.

In the end, Amaris was in first place for single dancing; receiving a trophy and pretty medal of gold. Amaris and Leo got fourth place but everyone was smiles at the end it had been so much fun!
Though introducing Leo to her dad, sissy, big brother auntie and the grand kittens and Pharlen and maybe maggie <Cause not sure ^_^ who all will respond.> Basically her family was a bit awkward but she got through it before looking around

Mist was there to watch the competition, arriving early and slipping back stage to give Amaris a hug and kiss before the show. He returned to his seat, neat and elegant in summery gold and green robes, his hair half pulled back with a few golden chains. He was all smiles through the show, his eyes bright, applauding most of all for Amaris, of course.

A bouquet of flowers, mini sunflowers, mums, and roses were delivered backstage for Amaris, along with smaller bouquets for the other kids performing. The kids had worked hard over the summer, and he was happy to make sure they were appreciated.

Finally, he wandered backstage, and graciously met Leo, bowing to the young man and congratulating him on his dancing skills.

When Amaris asked for the pizza party, well, of course! He laughed and took out his phone.

"Pizza party ahead," he assured the girl.

[Pharlen]

Though she had said she'd be a little late, she was actually a little bit early, and that despite a fracas with wisps at the Golden Perch Inn. Pharlen took a seat near Mist, and soon after, Desdenova joined them.

Since Mist had sent flowers backstage, Pharlen sent packets of various flavored macaron cookies. Luckily for Amaris, Pharlen had Desdenova's leash, so any teasing about almost sort of boyfriends would have to wait!

Maggie along with her sister, Catie, and other family members had shown up to see Amaris and cheer her on it her competition. Colleen had heard the pizza party request and made arrangements for the food to be ready when the show was over.

In addition to a bouquet of wildflowers, Maggie had brought a new charm with ballet shoes for the bracelet she'd given Amaris a while back. Ballet wasn't exactly her heart sister's thing, but the charm symbolized her love of dancing. A bag of new books to add to the ever growing library was presented after the show.
