Challenge to Firestar.
You're the unlucky person who happens to have the Opal I want, and I'm sure we both know the drill.
Challenged.

Col. Simon,
Is this warlock going to fight the lady himself as has been the custom in this Outback since time immemorial, or is he going to concoct another golem from the bowels of the deepest Hell to do his work for him, as he did last time?
As I have been made aware over the years by a bewildering variety of loud-mouthed people, I apparently lack all sense of honor and decorum. Perhaps that is the reason that I simply do not understand why this insult to all of us who have stepped into these rings and bled for these Opals--including yourself and your beloved wife--is allowed to continue. Perhaps the man is disabled. Perhaps the Outback has joined Twilight Isle in giving every possible assistance to hopeless imbeciles. I don't know, Col. Simon. Please do enlighten me.

Proxies, whether hologram, opal made, or summoned, have been used by numerous duelists in the Outback and elsewhere over the years both while I've been dueling and before my time. Let's be real, so long as the duelist in question has full control over their proxy, there's no issue and nothing you complain about is going to suddenly change it when there is long standing precedent. I don't know if you've watched one of Shale's matches, but he has impeccable control (most of the time) of these creatures. If anything you should compliment him on some top notch necromancy.
XOXO,
Lil

Well, I looked my demons in the eyes
laid bare my chest, said "Do your best, destroy me.
You see, I've been to hell and back so many times,
I must admit you kind of bore me."

Excellent!!
I cannot wait to manifest the powers that I have long allowed to lay in torpor whilst I compete in these rings. After all, it is clear that anything goes here! This precedent surely must have been allowed to pass because it makes sense in an athletic competition, and not at all because the current administration is extremely lazy and should have been replaced by younger blood years ago!
I cannot wait, I tell you!

Lilith,
Is this or is this not a competition of physical skill and endurance? Whether or not his necromancy is skilled--and it is--is not relevant.
He can take it to the bastard child of dueling sports over on that island.
P.S: The holograms could be argued to be a physical manifestation of the duelist. Shale creates a grotesque beast. Besides, they were utterly wrong in the past too. Again, they weren't allowed to exist due to matching the spirit of the bloodsport. They were allowed to
exist because of laziness and ineptitude by the staff.

Ya know, for all that you talk shit about the Isle, you sure do sound like some of the crybabies* over there. Are you sure you aren't manifesting a touch of latent nerdery? Might want to see a doctor about that before it gets serious.
XOXO,
Lil
*John, I am not talking about you, please don't curse my hair off. Again.

Forgive me, I thought your question was rhetorical. Everyone with half a brain is aware that it is, in fact, such a contest. But, I am going to tell you what I told every whiny shit that complained whenever I held my titles; if you don't like his methods or you feel it is a poor excuse for the sport, then the solution is simple. You (general you) get active, you challenge and you rip said title from whomever you think is unworthy of it.
Less complaining, more action. Words don't accomplish a damned thing and you know it.
