To the Keeper of Fire,
How droll it must be to not have your dominance of the tower of Fire be confirmed for over a year. I cannot sit by and let your skill go unacknowledged any longer.
I challenge you for the Tower of Fire, with the hope I have understood the rules of this sport to do so.
Should this challenge be approved and accepted, I will contact you to work out the finer details.
Cordially,
Diarmid Cleary

I wake up from my long nap and see this! How very, very rude. I'll have you know I defended my tower two, count it TWO, weeks ago. Sure, by defend I mean I played checkers with one of the fire elementals, but it's still defending.
Anyway... I GUESS I could grace you with my presence, but it's going to be way after Jesus's (Our lord and savior, peace and good tidings to all who embrace his love) birthday.

Friday January the 6th at 10:00 PM RST! The challenger and the challenged came out for a night of power play!
Match 1: Jesse takes the first match 5-2, in 8
Jesse took advantage of Diarmid's challenge inexperience, racking up two unanswered points in three rounds, before the challenger began to battle back in the fourth! Jesse extended her lead back to two points in the fifth, only to have it cut back again the very next round! That's when the keeper poured it on, taking rounds seven and eight for herself and winning the first match.
Match 2: Jesse takes the second match 5-1, in 6
Through the first three rounds it was all the Fire Keeper's duel, as she pushed up 3.5 points and looked like she would end it in the fourth. Diarmid wasn't going to let that happen taking the round and the shutout off the table for Jesse. Unfortunately for Diarmid it was the last time he'd score as Jesse added half a point in the fifth round and a full point in the sixth to end the match and the challenge.
After 2 hotly contested battles, Jesse remains the Key Holder of the Tower of Fire.
Congratulations Jesse! Well tried Diarmid!

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted
a time to kill, and a time to heal
a time to break down, and a time to build up
a time to weep, and a time to laugh
a time to mourn, and a time to dance
a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing
a time to seek, and a time to lose
a time to keep, and a time to throw away
a time to tear, and a time to sew
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak
a time to love, and a time to hate
a time for war, and a time for peace.
