IFL Openings

[Devils Advocate]

Team Registration remains open until Monday. Beyond the expansion of our available teams, the league needs volunteers for the following positions:

Free Agents
Haven't been picked up on a team, but still want to get involved? Sign up for the free-agent pool. Free-agents may be contracted by each team once throughout the season to fill gaps or special needs, though no free-agent may fight against the same team more than once. If you're interested in making yourself available, please visit the registration center and leave a note below. ((see this post on registration))

Callers
IFL matchups are separate from the official Outback duels and therefore require a separate staff of callers. If you know the sport well enough that you'd like to volunteer to officiate some of our matches, please step up and do so! As with free-agents, please visit the registration center.
((No caller should call a match for a team they have a character on. All other conflicts should be dealt with professionally. eg: Calling for a spouse or a house mate should be avoided where possible. Fighters do have the right to refuse a given caller so long as they offer an alternative. As an added duty, callers are asked to record the full round by round results of the matches they call in the web tools provided.))

News Writers
Dueling Zone News Network is the authoritative source for your IFL News. Managing Editor, Guy Savage, is always looking for new journalists and IFL could use the coverage. If you're interested, please leave your card below and someone will be contact. Many thanks to all of you who have volunteered to oversee the IFL fights. You will find your names on our official Referee listing located at the main office. Anyone else interested is still more than welcome to submit their name.

As yet we have no one interested in entering the free-agent pool. Free-Agents don't see a lot of action throughout the season, but it is always useful to have some available. If you are not on a team, please consider making yourself available in this capacity. (( note that you may list a character as a free-agent even if you already have 2 characters in the league. The limit of having 1 character in a given match still holds, but having some characters available in the pool does make it easier on teams populate with alts who might need to sit on some weeks.))
