Assume no ill will from this challenge. As I was browsing the standings there appeared to be a lack of options, and since Kalamere lost his ring I have been aching to carry one around. That being said...

I hereby issue challenge to you, Gwen Minx, for the Seaside barony.

These ladies were just lucky I was in the neighborhood, because tonight I graced them with my presence and did them the honor of officiating this latest challenge match for the Barony of Seaside! It was the Baroness Minx's decision to make this a quickly over and done with match by electing for single elimination format. Gwen stepped up to the plate bearing her standard and colors of silver and black. At her side as both her second and Lord of Honor was the handsome devil David Jones.

Teagan came into this challenge with her usual seriousness and controversy. At her side as her Lady of Honor this evening was a lovely little thing by the name of Clover. She represented her challenge bearing the colors of white and blue. Both ladies were ready to get this party started long before I could even think the words GO! And it went a little something like this:

Seaside 1&#58; Clearly they were just waiting for me to shut up and wave the flag. Lookit them go! Both ladies are out for blood, but Gwen's just a bit faster to win first blood! &#40;TH/HC&#41; 1 - 0 Gwen!

Seaside 2&#58; TeaGAN trusses 'erself up good an' ready fer Gwen's new recipe! &#40;LC/DU&#41; 2 - 0 Gwen!

Seaside 3&#58; Gwen puts on her dancin' shoes, but Teagan ain't impressed by 'er technique! The lovely lady's on the board! Hoorah! &#40;FCP/HC&#41; 2 - 1 Gwen!

Seaside 4&#58; Teagan bookends for more slicing and dicing, but Gwen goes high at the same time! Blood everywhere! Points all around! &#40;HC/LC&#41; 3 - 2 Gwen!

Seaside 5&#58; Teagan continues the assault, but this round it doesn't pay off! Gwen goes in low for a counterstrike of vicious proportions and extends 'er lead! &#40;FDU/HC&#41; 4 - 2 Gwen!

Seaside 6&#58; Gwen goes in for the final blow, but oooooooh! Totally denied by the quick-stepping cha-cha of Teagan! &#40;TH/FSS&#41; 4 - 3 Gwen!

Seaside 7&#58; Both ladies get extra defensive, but it's Teagan who finds the opening to bring us to SUUUUUUUUUUDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEATH!!! &#40;FLP/FDU&#41; 4 ALL!

Seaside 8&#58; And we'll continue into the next round! The suspense is KILLING me! &#40;LC x2&#41; 4 All!

Seaside 9&#58; Wow! Sharing trade secrets lands the Baroness the final point and win to end this challenge match with a victory in her favor! &#40;FDU/FLP&#41; 5 - 4 Gwen!

And so it was that in 9 rounds, a single match, Gwen Minx successfully defended and retained her title as the Baroness of Seaside by defeating challenger Teagan Rielea! Congratulations, Gwen! Well tried, Teagan!
