Should I finish off All-Time Madness?

All right, I'd like to apologize to everyone for how much I got distracted from my project...a combination of IRL and flat-out slacking. However, it's regained my interest...and I have some new rules ideas. But I'd like to gauge how many people would be willing to read the finished product.
