[Deathlord]

A minion shambles into the Arena, its left foot dragging behind and giving it an awkward gait, and navigates its way around the intervening tables to reach the bulletin board next to the bar. With some effort, the creature raises a decaying arm up to an empty space and presses a notice to the board. As the creature removes its hand, the notice falls and flutters to the floor.

Perplexed, the minion reaches down, fumbling with claw-like fingers and eventually picking the note back up. The creature places it again on the board, and stands there, wondering how to keep it in place.

Finally, the minion clutches the top edge of the bulletin board in a death-grip, and slowly pulls its arm back, tearing the hand away at the wrist. The clawed hand stays in place, still imbued with unnatural life, tirelessly holding the notice upon the board.

The notice reads:

"Be it known that the Baron of New Haven is formally petitioning Overlord Ticallion Carter to be accepted as Loyal."

The minion shambles away, oblivious to the loss.

The Carter Administration accepts the Baron of New Haven as the newest Loyal. The Overlord looks forward to working with the Baron in the future.
