Setting up the sessions

It seemed that the old schedule just wasn't going to work as well as before. Besides, speed and endurance were good, but Tormay knew they were going to need more than just that.

It was easy to decide that Argus was still going to do his weekly run through the swamp with Tormay. That was too much fun for Tormay to give up. The only problem was Neo certainly couldn't do that; he would outrun Tormay every time. Perhaps Neo wouldn't need any speed training in that sense.

Strength training was something that had been neglected so far, and Argus had mentioned he needed help in his warehouse with the kegs of beer being moved on a regular basis. Tormay smiled thinking on this, it seemed that one problem would be easy to solve at least.

Tormay made an adjustment to the schedule posted on the board, he would come back to fix the other problems in a few days.
