It is a new month, and I have waited long enough. The joke that is the Tower of Earth must be taken care of. I hereby challenge Artemus Kurgen.

From the Keeper Challenge rules, point five of Rights of challenge it states:

No rightful challenge may be refused by any one of the Keeper title. If a Keeper is issued a challenge he or she may not deny it for any reason; they must defend or forfeit the title. The only exceptions to this are a Keeper having defended within the last 30 days and the Celestial Keeper. That title will be unchallengable as a perk of the current ArchMage. Only the first challenge to be issued after the 30 day grace period of a previously challenged Keeper or the 7 day grace period of a new Keeper will be accepted as "legitimate" and subject to the rules of validation above.

Artemus defended the title on 16 October, 2005. Therefor this challenge is invalid.

All right folks, there's been a slight change in the plans. After talking it over, the time of the challenge has been moved back to 9:30 tomorrow night.
( This should give the central timers a chance to attend should they choose to)
