Monday night, October 17 saw the challenge between Brigath Cedran, the current Keeper of Air, and Johnathan Havoick. As always, it was a best of three match.
The first started out kind of slow, both trying to get a read on the other. Brig then shut out Cory for the next three rounds before the challenger traded spells with the Keeper to get on board. Brig continued pulling forward until Cory put a stop to it, scoring in the next rounds to tie it up in the eleventh. The twelfth round saw another trade before Brig pulled it out in the thirteenth, taking the first duel 6-5.
After a short break, the second began...Brig not wasting any time in the first three rounds. Cory closed it up in the fourth and kept it close for the next two rounds until Brig started pulling away, winning in the eight round, 5-2.
Brigath Cedran keeps his title and remains the Keeper of the Tower of Air.
