Be it known to all that Max Quinlan Blue gave valid challenge to the Keeper of Earth, Harris D'Artainian, and that the Keeper of Earth has failed to respond to the challenge within the proper amount of time.
In accordance with the rules, I hereby declare Harris D'Artainian in forfeit. The title, Tower of Earth, and powers are given to the challenger, making Max Quinlan Blue the new Keeper of Earth.

The Keeper of Earth will be free of challenge until 11-30-04.
