It was intended to take effect today, for week 5. The timing was a little late, but since week 4 dueling was still going on when Rakeesh mentioned it to me, it seemed to meet the spirit of things. I've listed the change for the week, but if you disagree that can obviously be reverted.

It's fine. Just struck me as odd that he listed it as a roster change for Week 4, when Week 4 was all ready over with.
