Challenge for Seaside

Hoooraaay, bloodshed! After bandying insults (which seemed to earn Guill an awful lot of negative attention from our ringside guests), the Baroness chose a single elimination match -- which the Warlord reacted with a proclaimation that if he won, he would immediately retire Seaside since the method of combat was, in his opinion, dishonorable. Or.. something. Anyway!

The Baroness fought under the confusing colors of black, silver, forest green, and dark blue. Her second was G'nort, and while she held no formal Lady or Lord of Honor, she chose to verbally recognize all those Guill insulted by his recent accusations.

Her opponent, dueling under the similarly clashing colors of a green Douglas fir tree on an orange field, had Wyheree Ravenlock as his second and Timora Aleta as his Lady of Honor, in absentia.

The duel was slow-going and frequently tied, but Jaycy retained her barony with a final thrust past a wild slash in the fourteenth round. Yay for winning I guess!
