I remember when some caller booted Lupton for saying breast, he got canned. (Name removed) is (still around) now. Something sounds a little funny there.
It would've probably been better if this were sent in a PM... at least at first... thus I removed direct indications of the person involved... at least from my quote of your post.

1) When this incident happened, did you contact the forum admin(s)? In a situation like you've described, it would be wise to contact all three of the (main) admins. Also, there are (now) other people at even higher levels of administration (though not always directly involved in an individual duel setting).

2) Back in the AOL days, we did have tools to kick people from rooms... shut down their ability to chat in a room, etc. I don't recall this ever being a feature here in FlashChat... but I do think that with AIM the "creator" of an AIM chat room can kick others out.

3) I recall times when some callers might refuse to call for certain people... but I also recall those were pretty rare and the person usually had said/done some very publicly insulting things before it got that far.

4) As Al said... the kind of behavior you describe is not acceptable. It is the caller's right to refuse to call for someone... but they need to provide an explination and they need to be professional about it.

Yeah, I did contact the DoS Admin. I believe it was Billy, but I might be wrong. I was told that he was just acting 'silly or goofy', or something of that nature and that was the end of it.

Let me say this. I didn't intend this to turn into an attack on anyone, or to bring up ghost from the past. I only wanted to show that a few bad experiences are no reason to quit if you take any form of enjoyment from playing here.
