You really are all trying to out-Fae me, as Bailey said. Rhi shows up saying cruel, awful things in public just so Maggie can swoop in and play the voice of reason and then we'll all forget that she said weird shit and basically implied that Hope is a pedophile before backtracking because she's clearly so wise!
Jewel,

When I said I had noticed your discomfort around children, Maggie in particular, and asked if she reminded you of someone lost to you, it was a sincere inquiry. You persisted in offering an invitation to bring my children to the beach. Despite the initial polite/civil refusals I offered, you continued to press the matter without pausing for a moment to understand that I was declining the invitation to keep them from harm. If Maggie's presence was only one causing old memories and heartaches to rise for you then Eregor and I might have been able to accept that invitation and bring our children there.

I would appreciate it if you would take just a few minutes to consider something; one mother, sister and aunt to another. If you truly believed anyone was a danger to any child that you hold dear would you invite that person into the presence of that child?

I'll see you Sunday,

Rhi

What are you guys even still talking about now? I'm so confused. I'll go to the beach!

Is this challenge actually gonna happen?

Someone should hide the pins so nothing else can go on this corkboard until the fight happens!

Eden,

I think Rhiannon is saying that the beach is dangerous, and she is right. Beaches can definitely be hazardous places. Rip currents, improper usage of sunscreen, krakens... They are not places that I would bring a child without proper adult supervision.

Sorry to circumvent your attempt not to have anything else posted to the boards until the challenge is fought.

Sincerely,

Bailey

Eden,

I think you missed it the notice!
Sunday the 21st at 9pm
As for the pins, I think the bulk of them are going into babóg Vúdú at this point. That's Voodoo dolls for the non Irish readers.

This note was stapled to the board since someone had stolen all the pins.

Rhi,

I didn't press the matter. I just told you the offer still stood despite the fact that you were being a [censored] because, surprise, I actually do have manners sometimes.

I'm rescinding it now. I don't feel like crushing your stupid sandcastles anyway.

See you Sunday.

Overlord Malloy stepped in to issue a test of worthiness against the challenger, and it was Mairead who countered. The Overlord was victorious over the Renegade Baron of Old Temple with an end score of 5-0 in 7 rounds. The energy saved from the shutout in the first round would be tested as Rhiannon faced Mallory for the test, and though there was another point gained after Mallory achieved match point, the duel would end 5-4 in 6 after a trade of thrusts. As Rhiannon was unable to move past Mallory's test -- The Seaside Manor stays in the care of Jewell.

[ Jewell fights under the banner of Black and Gold with the House Royal logo on it. Her second is the Overlord, or lovingly called the Overwitch, and her persons of honor are members of House Royal.
Rhiannon Brock Túr Gairdín fights under a banner of sapphire blue depicting the Garden Tower and her second and lord of honor is Eregor Túr Gairdín. ]

After receiving a hand-made trophy from Reiko for her successful intercession, Mallory posted a picture of it to social media, crediting and thanking the artist.
