Archmage Challenge - RESULTS POSTED

Immediately following the tournament last night, Topaz, eager to meet her first challenge as the reigning Archmage, asked Will if he wanted to press challenge then and there. Will, eager to win back the title he's held so many times, agreed and the battle was on.

In the first match, Topaz took an early lead and never looked back. Though it was a close score, the Archmage made it clear that she was not going to give ground on this one. She defeated Will 5-4 in 12 rounds.

The second match put Will in the leader's seat. He took an early 1.5 point lead before Topaz finally got on the board with a half point. She slowly closed the gap from there, until they were finally tied at 3 all. But neither dueler was willing to go down and the match went a full 15 rounds before Topaz finally won it, 6.5-5.

And so Topaz continues her reign as the ArchFairy, having defeated Will Wulfson 2-0 in a best of 3 match.
