On the alignment of Dockside

A week and a day have passed since the Englishman known as Herne won the Barony of Dockside in a tournament. In that time, he has not seen fit to align himself.

Ergo, as is my right under the rules of the Arena as Overlord, I hereby align Herne Loyal. If he does not wish this, he knows how to remedy it. Possibly.
