Shirtly after watching the debate (and hearing a few things through the delinquent grapevine), Mallory sent a gift bag to Kana and Misaki’s apartment. There was a note attached: “You did great tonight and on the campaign trail! I’ve been watching your videos. Please accept this gift - I found it at the night market on the Earth side of the portal. -Mallory”

Kyo did not reply, which may have been her typical weirdo way of implying that she preferred spicy nugs.

As was customary, Yule gifts were wrapped in pretty matching paper and bows and put in the Only Club clubhouse of clubbing and housing for the delinquents of the OC. Each one included a 20 silver JUSCO gift card and a satchel of cookies.

Jin, being the gate guardian, meant she would be on stocking duty!

Easy enough! There's Jusco, and since it had everything, she'd be walking out with a cart full of candies and other snacks that weren't for Christmas but would obviously be gone before Christmas. But not to worry, she made sure there were candies to be hidden away from the others until the night before so the stockings will be full.

Jin's other duty? Fireworks. With her older sister working for a company that manufactured them it was easy to ask her way into getting some boxes delivered these few weeks before Christmas. She made sure to keep them tucked away inside a closet with a padlock too.

As for the gifts: the theme of slippers were returning with each of the club members being gifted a pair on Christmas Eve.

and Green for herself, since she couldn't find one in yellow.


Jin also went around pestering the other girls to sign their names on a secret gift for Kyo to be opened on Christmas day. The bat caught her eye while picking out a pair of baseball cleats, which is secretly Jin's gift to Meru from Santa. Jin had no clue why it read "JUDGE", but she thought it fit Kyo since she's like a judge, and 88 is a pretty cool number.

She also made sure to tell Suki and Kaede with Meru present (Since she still believed in Santa) that Santa is the one who delivered the bat early so they could all sign it. A fitting display item, or weapon, for the Sukeban!
