Tonight was the IceDancer showdown between challenger Yuzuki “the Tallest Hair” Kuwabara and Opal Holder, the Masochistic Fashionista Koyliak Simon. The two got right down to business in the first match, with the ring and Koyliak both call for brutality and blood, and Yuzuki cheerfully complied! Taking the lead in the opener and following up with a trade, the two kept the score close with Yuzuki up in the lead in round 3. Yuzuki looked to show off her leg work, but Koyliak kept things simple and classic with a fast punch, tying things up in round 4. Keeping up the class, Koyliak went with the tried and true one two punch and took the lead in round 5. Then with a brief breather in round 6, round 7 had Koyliak in her head too long and Yuzuki made bank on it to tie the score up again by round 8! With a higher kick than Yuzuki Opal Holder Koy hit match point and it would be an ice shattering kick to close the match in Koyliak’s favor with a final score of 5 to 3 in 11 rounds. From her stiletto’s folks! So stylish.

By the second match, Koyliak was very warmed up (even if she is IceDancer’s holder), and this showed as both her and Yuzuki entered the Fern and things got under way. Five rounds and leaving Yuzuki out in the cold, Koyliak won the second match 5 to 0 in 5. The Fern didn't hold victory in its fronds for Yuzuki "the Tallest Hair" Kuwabara, but it did hold a solid shut out for the one, the only Koyliak Simon, the Masochistic Fashionista!

And another defense goes down in the books for Koy, who will keep that chilly Ice Dancer in her bat a bit longer. Congratulations Koy and well tried Yuzuki!
