Renewal notices went out to all current occupants at the beginning of June. Those wishing to vacate were requested to do so by the end of June.



((All current occupants met the activity requirement to retain their current plot. By default, if you currently occupy a Gloaming District home, you may retain it for the coming year with the same activity requirement for the upcoming year. If you do not wish to renew and instead would like to relinquish your plot, please DM me so that I can put it back into circulation.

The Flats at Gloaming Heights

Set atop the hill overlooking the Gloaming’s primary district, a new building has been erected. Made of glimmering metal and stone, the building exudes a muted shimmer when light strikes it. Thankfully, due to the perpetual twilight of the Isle’s realm, direct sunlight won’t ever be a problem and thus, the glittering is subtle like the twinkle of the stars in the sky. Reaching thirteen stories high, it is the tallest structure on isle but somehow never blocks the view of those in the elemental towers nor in the Celestial Citadel.

The ground floor is home to a sprawling lobby around an information and reception desk that is staffed at all hours. An androgynous cobalt automaton with the designation “Indigo” provides directions, answers to questions, and services like bellhop assistance with bags, calling local transportation services for residents, and even making reservations at the Isle’s eateries. Indigo also offers information to prospective residents of the building.

The remainder of the ground floor contains several retail spaces including a boutique hair salon and barber shop, a multidimensional travel agency, a newsstand and bookstore, a cafe and bakery, and a modest bodega stocked with staples and snacks alike. Collectively, they refer to themselves as the Shops at Gloaming Heights.

Fitness space can be found on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, providing an assortment of exercise machines, virtual reality fitness equipment, and equipment rentals.

The remainder of the space on the 2nd-4th floors as well as the entirety of the space on floors 5 through 12 are dedicated to studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Even number apartments overlook the Gloaming District and the Twilight Sea while odd number apartments offer expansive vistas of the Isle at large, including the Twilight Market and dueling area. All apartments are full of modern amenities including luxury appliances, energy efficient windows and lighting, and in-unit washer and dryer, all linked to a single rHome circuit so that you can control everything from a control panel on the wall or an app on your smart device.

The 13th floor is home to El Thirteen and offers 360 degree views of the isle with floor to vaulted ceiling windows and an open air patio that has perfect weather year round. El Thirteen is a top of the line eatery featuring Rhydinian Riviera cuisine from the coastal regions to the south of the city and along the desert coast of Cadentia. Find everything from tapas styled shareable appetizers to individual servings of both surf and turf and vegetarian dishes, all sourced from local Rhydinian fishers, ranchers, and farmers.

Above El Thirteen, enjoy a rooftop pool and garden open to residents and their guests only. Available for event rentals for a small fee. A rooftop drink and snack stand is open from 11 to 7 each day.

The Flats at Gloaming Heights are open for new residents starting on July 1st, 2022. Prospective residents may submit their deposit and application to Indigo in the lobby.

Please make a forum post before June 30th to retain your Gloaming District home. This can be anywhere (it doesn't have to be on the Twilight Isle board) and about anything (OOC posts count too!). Or if you prefer to relinquish it, see below.
