Looking to Learn

Good afternoon!

I'm somewhat new to Rhy'Din and wanted to try and further my magical abilities as well as learn about dueling. Anyone who was at the arena this past Tuesday may have seen me blow myself up at the end of a duel. Following this mishap, I have had some help in trying to learn more control with my magic but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone would be willing to help me get better at dueling. It seems to be great fun but I don't want to end up hurting anyone.

I think you've got a great attitude. It takes a lot of courage to be responsible for one's own mishaps, and further still, reach out for help like this. I haven't met you at all but I think I already like you! I would like to meet you and have a duel with you, and if that goes well, I would be happy to take you on as a Neophyte and help you in the same way that others helped me.

I have only recently had my first duel after the accident, which went well, therefore it is no surprise that we haven't run into each other yet. I would love to meet you and duel sometime. Even if you don't take me on as a Neophyte I would love to be friends with you as you sound like a lovely person.
