Hey!

If you're curious about being able to have the most fresh avocados you've ever had, the answer is yes, PathFinder can do that for you. It's also good for bananas, and it's made my grocery shopping considerably easier.

I've also been able to crack some cases with, you know, having power over life and death. It's kind of exhausting though. But it did come in pretty handy when I forgot to water my plant for a while and it died and I felt pretty bad about that, but it's all healthy now!

Anywho, challenge accepted!

Dakota Street and Koyliak VanDuran-Simon met on Monday night to see who would walk away with the Green Opal and who would be grounded! (Also I later heard that this would have been the last Opal Koy needed to hold to become one of those famed all-Opal holders.)

I stuck them up on the Fern right away because why not! Both competitors learned very quickly that fancy side-to-side stuff won't work on the fronds and straighter kicks ruled the match. Koy took a point lead, Dakota tied it up, rinse and repeat until Dakota took the lead at the 3-point mark! They traded those kicks to get to match point and a round later Dakota had won!

The second match I gave Dakota a choice and she kept in the Fern (something about not being able to get down?). She took the early lead, Koy tied it up, and they kept it knotted until round 6, where Dakota broke out for the lead again! Another kick found her at match point and then she won it by blocking Koy's go-big-or-go-home attack!

Dakota def. Koy, 5-3 in 8 rounds.
Dakota def. Koy, 5-2 in 9 rounds.

Congrats to Dakota on her first defense and well tried, Koy!
