The Lost Pub & Brewery

The Lost Pub & Brewery

RhyDin's newest edition to the Brewery scene is The Lost Pub, located at the end of Sleepy Sky Drive in Seaside. The backside of the building is tucked away along a portion of the cliffs where air, ground and water meet. Most strikingly, the outside façade of the building is in a continuous flux and capable of altering its own appearance, or so it would seem. Upon entrance it may appear to be a quiet cottage pub, and leaving it could seem as though you've left modern night club. What will it look like when you enter and leave?

The building itself is heavily glamoured and even more so heavily warded. This could be apparent to those who understood the purpose of the thirteen oak carved pillars throughout the common room inside. The décor inside was an array of wood with various shades of green and brown, notably there was no (or extremely limited) iron anywhere. The wooden bar is along the south side of the building with thirteen stools line up before it, and booths covered with plush deep green velvet seats which felt like moss. Soft and twinkling lights shined overhead to give patrons a pleasant and comforting experience.

As the Lost Pub is a brewery in the making, several craft brews are available on tap with hopes of seasonal varieties making their appearance throughout the course of the year. The Lost Pub is also proud to support other local companies and provides many of your homegrown favorites bottled or on tap!

The Lost Pub is Official Accorded Neutral Territory and all are welcome within its walls provided that a few rules are followed which are as follows:

No Breaching the Wards. The building could strike back.
No opening other realms within the building itself, please enter through the front door.
No invocations within the Pub.
If you're expecting a fight, take it outside.

The owner, James O'Connor, is commonly there in the evenings somewhere in the building, but your friendly face behind the counter serving up drinks is Bruce and he'll be happy to make suggestions if you're unsure what you'd like to drink. In the kitchen is Lou creating a list of dishes that can be paired up with many of the local favorites.

Grand Opening on May 30th.

Open every day from 11 to 3 am.

(( Please be respectful of the setting and no maiming or destroying the NPCs or building and its contents. This was largely based off of McAnally's Pub in Jim Butcher's Dresden series -just in case you didn't catch those hints about that-, but I had lots of fun setting up my own little tweaks to fit in with James and his SL. Please enjoy! ))

((Additional Note: This was originally created and posted back on May 24, 2016 -- So its not a new setting and I hope to plan a 5 year anniversary event at the end of May! Please look forward to it.))
