Dear Morgan Chae,
The Tower of Earth has always been a bucket list item of mine, given my known proclivity for marble-based magic. But with me now holding PathFinder, we have decided to shoot our shot while the iron is hot, so to speak (is that how they speak?), in an attempt to hold both Earth-based dueling titles in the sports. At any rate, consider this my formal challenge for the Tower of Earth.
Sincerely,
Bailey Raptis

This challenge is valid and may proceed!!
Re: Challenge for the Tower of Earth
Bailey,
Outside of the innuendo that comes from the idea of shooting the shot while the iron is hot, I accept this. I will come around to discuss details in person.
Chae.

Re: Challenge for the Tower of Earth
Innuendo? Doesn't "shoot your shot" mean "take a chance?" And "iron is hot" mean "take advantage of an opportunity immediately?"
At any rate, this challenge will be taking place Tuesday, February 16 at 9 p.m. Eastern. Mallory Maeda will be calling this.
Sincerely,
Bailey Raptis

Catering by both Black Magic Burger and the Tranquility Ballroom kitchen arrived at the Isle more than an hour before the challenge, to support Reggie and Jaycy’s event for duelists ranking up on the Board of Merit: an assortment of burgers, and bulgogi fries!

Re: Challenge for the Tower of Earth
The challengers met on Twilight Isle, where both had helped cater for everyone with burgers and fries! Bailey came armed with PathFinder and a sword that did not leave its sheath until the final match, while Morgan combined his command of earth and mastery of lightning to devastating effect.
In the first match, the Keeper opened with just such an elemental assault, and maintained the lead throughout! While Bailey regained ground in the fourth round, it was over in the fifth, 5.5-2.5 in Morgan's favor.
Brutal as the action was, Bailey may have taken a cue from his dancing duels, and used the power of the disco ball to open in the lead in the second match! This time it was the challenger and not the defender who never let go of the lead, and with a crack of a vine-whip, closed it out 5-1.5 in the ninth round to take the win he needed to keep going.
The final match featured a strong opening for Morgan, followed by a barrage of thorns from Bailey to tie it back up! By the seventh round the challenger stood at match point and two ahead, but the Keeper managed to close the distance and hold out until the tenth, where Bailey ended it 5-3 with a parry and a punch that did Old Man Simon proud.
Well reigned, Morgan, and well won, Bailey, our newest TerraMaster as the current holder of the PathFinder Opal! And thank you to Anya, who called the second match and co-called the third with me!
